Liên Hiệp Hội xin thông báo lập trường của tổ chức về việc Quốc Hội Việt Nam hiện đang xem xét để thông qua Hiệp Ước An Ninh Việt Nam - Trung Quốc.

1. Bối cảnh tranh chấp chủ quyền Biển Đông và Hiệp ước An ninh Việt Nam - Trung Quốc:

Trong bối cảnh Việt Nam đang đối mặt với tranh chấp chủ quyền Biển Đông với Trung Quốc, việc Quốc hội xem xét thông qua Hiệp ước An ninh với Trung Quốc đang gây ra nhiều lo ngại.

Nhiều ý kiến cho rằng Hiệp ước này có thể gián tiếp bình thường hóa việc Trung Quốc xâm chiếm Biển Đông, ảnh hưởng đến chủ quyền biển đảo của Việt Nam.

2. Nguy cơ tiềm ẩn từ Hiệp ước An ninh:

Hiệp ước có thể tạo điều kiện cho Trung Quốc can thiệp vào nội bộ Việt Nam, như vụ việc Trung Quốc bắt giữ 77 người tại Fiji mà không cần phiên tòa dựa trên Hiệp ước An ninh đã ký với Fiji.

3. Kêu gọi hành động:

Liên Hiệp Hội kêu gọi các tổ chức đấu tranh và toàn thể đồng bào Việt Nam quan tâm đến sự kiện trọng đại này.

Cần thiết phải tìm hiểu kỹ lưỡng về Hiệp ước, theo dõi sát sao quá trình xem xét của Quốc hội, và bày tỏ ý kiến một cách ôn hòa và có trách nhiệm.

THE UNITED ASSOCIATION'S POSITION ON THE VIETNAM - CHINA SECURITY TREATY

The United Association would like to announce the organization's stance on the fact that the Vietnamese National Assembly is currently considering approving the Vietnam-China Security Treaty.

1. Context of the East Sea sovereignty dispute and the Vietnam-China Security Treaty:

In the context that Vietnam is facing a sovereignty dispute in the East Sea with China, the National Assembly's consideration of passing a Security Treaty with China is causing many concerns.

Many opinions believe that this Treaty could indirectly normalize China's invasion of the East Sea, affecting Vietnam's sovereignty over the islands.

2. Potential risks from the Security Treaty:

The treaty can create conditions for China to intervene in Vietnam's internal affairs, such as the case of China arresting 77 people in Fiji without trial based on the Security Treaty signed with Fiji.

3. Call to action:

The United Association calls on all advocacy organizations and all Vietnamese people to pay attention to this important event.

It is necessary to thoroughly learn about the Treaty, closely monitor the National Assembly's review process, and express opinions peacefully and responsibly.
