Call me an immigrant. Yes, I am an immigrant from Vietnam, and I wear that title with pride. I am a part of a rich tapestry woven by countless others who have sought a better life in this great nation.


I know that history is replete with stories of immigrants who have shaped the destiny of the United States. President George Washington, one of the Founding Fathers, was born in Europe. His legacy, along with that of many other immigrants, has left an indelible mark on this country.
